We enjoyed our stay, we had a unit with two double beds, the beds were really comfortable. The unit had everything we needed. The Host was really lovely, Scorched Almonds for Valentines day :)
There is a bit of traffic noise but nothing horrendous. If we need accommodation again close to Kaiapoi, this will be our choice.

Absolutely loved the old boy who is the owner he was so funny the rooms are clean tidy and comfortable the bar and restaurant very pleasant and the food exceptional

Very noisy from main road traffic.
Shower nosel had a rather large leak.
No large mirror to check your appearance.
Was something banging on roof when it got windy in middle of night.
Staff member who welcomed us was extremely friendly and very helpful, lovely man. Dispite a few annoyances we would go back for the convenience of area and friendly staff.
