Room was clean, nice view.
No towels by the pool or at the gym and nobody to ask for one

Rooms were a good size and had a lot of storage. One type of soap was provided in the bathroom for shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I expected to the room to have hand soap, shampoo, body soap/ wash and conditioner

Lovely gel as you enter the lobby. Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly.
Room was spacious and comfortable.
Sadly breakfast could improve. Scrambled eggs and mushrooms were cold bacon was tough. Difficult to cut. However a great variety of fruit, cold meat, cheese, bread and delicious chocolate cake

We made a last-minute booking at this hotel. We would have preferred a room for our entire party but at such short notice this wasn’t possible. The rooms we were given were spacious and clean. It’s very convenient for the airport bus and the red route of the City Bus Tours. A great location with several supermarkets and dining options. One of our party had a birthday and we were given a bottle of sparkling wine, which was a really lovely touch. Thank you!
