Hotel is very nice, rooms are exceptionals, however the staff is the added value. Especially, Guest relations Aşkin, Kemal, Deren and Duru were really fantastic and they treat the guests very kindly and with useful support. Aşkin and Kemal are so experts too!
The breakfast team is very nice and also the reception team.

We were very impressed with all staff members and all services. Cant remember all employees so there were a lot more than Serab, Yusuf, Serkan but everyone was great. Valet, front desk, room service and restaurant were all A+. Very pleasant, kind and lovely people
