Very clean room.
Staff were very kind and helpful.
My card didn't work to get into my room a couple times. That was the only inconvenience having to walk back down to the lobby to get it re activated.

We only stayed on night but the room was super comfy and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was basic but did the job.

I stayed less than 24 hours as I had an early flight but it was the perfect and central spot to stay, close to Parque Kennedy and tons of options for food and shopping. Staff was awesome overall and even prepped an early breakfast to-go bag for me because I had to leave hotel so early to get to airport. Thanks!
