Good location for Boat Quay and Clarke Quay. Although small, rooms are tidy and hotel makes for a good base to explore Singapore.

Hotel is located in very good location and bus station is located in front of hotel.
Also, staffs are very kind.
If I go to Singapore again, I will stay in this hotel again.
