The staff at the hotel are incredibly accommodating. We stayed on new years eve and they allowed us to sleep in on Jan 1st after the new years celebration in Venice. The location is also very close to the train station and buses making it very convenient.

Our room was very clean. Easiest check in. Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly and approachable. They provided everything we needed and more with any information we needed abut transportation and how to move around the city. They were great people!

Really good customer service who attended to every need. Would highly recommend. area felt a little unsafe at first but if you mind your own business generally really good budget place to stay at. good aircon and room was nice and big and they upgraded me.
