8 / 10Eccellente·lug 2026
The hotel was very clean but a renovation is overdue. Some of the carpet tiles in the bedroom and passageways had lifted.
The rooms had all the facilities and amenities required and overall presented very good value for money. A special shoutout to Steven who was extremely helpful at reception. He also encouraged us to attend a local festival which was a great experience.

Friendly staff, clean room and has a family mart in the hotel which was very convenient. Love to stay here again.

Mystays is conveniently located near the airport and provides shuttle buses to and from their hotel, to both the airport, Narita station and Aeon mall. It runs frequently.
The room was well equipped with 2 bottles of water, pajamas, extra toiletries such as a bathing cloth, toothbrush, facial products to follow a face care regimen etc.
Breakfast had a lot of variety and costs 2640 JYN per person. The convenient store is open 24 hours and was our go to upon arrival from the airport. The gym was fully equipped but unfortunately only opens at 8am. Overall, I enjoyed my time at this hotel and would both recommend it and stay again.
