The hotel was not as clean as I expected for a hotel in Switzerland. The shower especially, had signs of mold from less-than-careful cleaning.
There was a very large group of non-Swiss tourists that arrived late in the evening, who were extremely noisy (yelling, slamming doors) until almost midnight, at which point I asked them to be considerate of other guests trying to sleep. This should have been the hotel's responsibility - not mine. Again, not what I expect in Switzerland (where people generally sleep early and have rules about noise during the night).
