The room was very clean. It is also well stocked with cutlery and plates. The room is spacious and there was even a small dining table for four.
It would be better if there is a facial tissue box for use.

Nice family run hotel. Owner very welcoming and helpful. Lots of facilities. Breakfast good. Fridge/ sink and hob in room if you don't want to eat out. 10 - 15mins walk to Pleney lift steep hill/ icy paths or take the bus (D) which stops outside the hotel every half an hour and takes about 5 mins. The walk to supermorzine took a similar amount of time and I preferred this walk as better pavement. Child friendly. Would recommend to friends and would return.

This is not a 4-star hotel, but the staff makes you feel like it is! They were very welcoming, always attentive, and really made the stay enjoyable. We will definitely return in the future!
