Room carpet was bit worn. No grab bar in shower was surprised . Room service would come later in afternoon normally am service is preferred.
Pool was magnificent and enjoyable. Staff were generally very helpful.

We had the most amazing time at Altair ! The staff was incredibly kind, caring, and accommodating. They even held our luggage when we arrived early and after checkout, which was so helpful. The shuttle to the beach was always comfortable and punctual. Anything we needed, they had, and everyone on the staff was so welcoming and helpful.
The breakfast was amazing, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We are already looking forward to coming back and would highly recommend Altair to anyone visiting the area!

Hotel was great. Restaurant is managed by an external vendor - not as friendly as main hotel staff and breakfast only opens at 8.30 which was not helpful as a business traveller.
