Excellent hotel in a great central location. The room was great and the view of Times Square was exceptional. We didn’t eat at the hotel or visit the bar so can’t comment on those, but would definitely stay again and plan these in to our time in New York. The staff were all lovely and very helpful when we needed to extend our stay due to issues with our initial flight out. Couldn’t fault the customer service and would highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely be back again.

I had a wonderful stay. The location is unbeatable, and the staff was exceptional. My highlight was John, the concierge. He recommended fantastic restaurants for both lunch and dinner, and he was incredibly personable and friendly throughout my stay.
Thank you for being authentic, John. Your genuine care made my experience even better.
