Staff was helpful, room was clean and nice, and you can't beat the location, especially for walkability and proximity to the subway.

It was close to a couple of train stations. They let me check in early which I was very grateful for.
They did have some toiletries for free, but you had to pay for some eg, razor.... which had been free at other hotels.
Reception was friendly.
Room was ok, towels were slightly small & thin.
Being close to train stations, definitely heard the trains going by.
