The hotel is presented in excellent condition. Staff is friendly and helpful and most staff has good English competency. The breakfast is great. My only complaint is parking is slightly expensive at 1200 yen a night.

Location was great very close to the castle. Walkable to the arcade. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of local specialties . We would recommend this hotel.

Good location for Matsuyama. Easy to get to the castle or shopping area, and right in front of a tram station (within 2 minute walk). Quiet despite in front of the large avenue. The bus station to distant locations such as Osaka or Kurashiki is next door.
