Staff was very helpful.

The staff including front desk and especially housekeeping were so kind and attentive. Only thing I did not like about this hotel was the requirement that I go get any amenities myself from the lobby including laundry soap. Also, a bottle of water left in the room would have been appreciated after a long train ride and walk to the hotel

This location is a perfect place to begin your journey through Japan, if landing in kurashiki. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, they will try to understand any language you speak, with full attentiveness. Very nice welcoming to Japan. :)
