We enjoyed our stay at El Petit Mirador, the staff were friendly and helpful. We were surprised that we received a complementary upgrade to a deluxe suite. It had a balcony with a beautiful view.

Great experience. we met Joseph at check in and had a wonderful conversation with him. He was extremely helpful in handling our bags and showing us around the premises. He made our stay at the hotel, exceptional.

The breakfast was good and the staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The only concern that was not the fault of the hotel was that you may need your own transportation or lock in with a taxi service to pick you up. Uber was unreliable for pick-up there
