We found our stay comfortable, convenient and character filled. Sitting by an open fire with a glass red and of course the house brewed beers after a big day, ticked a box.
Must also mention, the Sunday Roast lunch at the Lord Nelson was delicious, so full of flavour, highly recommend.

Lovely pub, good sized rooms. Shower heads and mattresses could do with an upgrade

Such lovely staff and such a cute old hotel. Highly recommend.
Beautiful rooms and fantastic location.
Only drawback is no elevator.

Lack of elevator for four floor should be made clearer
