ibis Nashik Hotel

I stay regularly and for long periods. The staff are all very helpful. Laundry is good value and on time. I wish there was some flexibility on a little earlier check in

Clean room and good staff.

Staff was excellent, ready to help. The room had several issues including dusty curtains, broken lotion and soap containers, blocked sink and flush issue, each issue was corrected by the staff as soon as we called them. Even at 2 AM in the night, the plumber came within five-ten minutes to fix the flush issue. the property is not located near any place where you can eat breakfast, and the breakfast they serve was not worth the cost I paid. It seems they don't like when you book using a third party like Orbitz. My good rating is more due to the staff than the property condition and location.

Room amenities were poorly maintained. While small room size is fine lack of adequate provision of toilet paper, towels and toiletteries is unacceptable
