The venue with its enormous character and in particular the integration of the Old with the New allowing one to relax immediately on entering the breakfast room casting away any worries to start the day and last but not least the proximity to the Heart of the City allowing guests to stroll through the streets of Launceston attending the Markets during the weekend restaurants and general shopping during the day!

Breakfast menu limited due to no proper kitchen. Close enough to National Park.

Property was imaculately clean and staff were super nice.
Breakfast was great.
Very convenient to town and restaurant. In fact Brisbane Street Bistro a few doors down the street was superb.
Only downside was some people a bit nosy in the corrider and common area but wasn't so bad.
