Hotel is beautifully maintained and clean. Rooms are spotless. Excellent toilets and shower. Note that like most hotels in Japan (that I’ve been to) the rooms are small by American standards. The self-serve on-site laundry is very handy and they even have a website to check the exact status of its usage. One thing that could be improved: the clothes dryers are extremely slow — it takes upwards of 90 minutes to dry a small load — and therefore the laundry room can get backed up on the weekend during peak hours.
