Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our visit, which made a positive impression.
The main issues were with the condition of the hotel and room comfort. We had two rooms, and both had inconsistent temperatures that made it difficult to stay comfortable. In addition, the flooring throughout the hotel appeared worn and unclean, and it could benefit from a deep cleaning or replacement.
Despite those concerns, I still felt it was a nice hotel overall. The excellent customer service helped make up for some of the property's shortcomings. With a few updates and improvements to maintenance, this could be an even better place to stay.

Fresh and clean! Wonderful in a world of SOUTHERN HUMIDITY!
WISH we could've enjoyed the pool- looked awesome, just not in the time frame for this visit! Close to several establishments for food etc! THANK YOU HOLIDAY INN!
