Great location and great staff.

Everything was great! The staff at the desk were extremely helpful and we were given an upgrade. Very good housekeeping also. The only things I missed were not having a microwave or refrigerator in the room. But lots of places to walk to to get a bite to eat. Complimenatory coffee and tea.

I give five stars because being a micro hotel everything worked and made sense. What I rave about the most is customer service. Fantastic customer service. Not an once of rudeness. So polite and helpful to every guest that I witness walk through the door. They made my first experience in DC great.
