We have just checked out from Pell Palace and we had the MOST AMAZING STAY.
Staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. The care and kindness was amazing. I was feeling sick and the staff went out of their way to find medicine for me at an hour when the pharmacy was closed. When we forgot our charger, they immediately provided us with one. Breakfast daily was amazing.
Perfectly located in the heart of Istanbul and within walking distance of all the popular tourism spots. I’m not one to leave a review but they outdid themselves. ❤️ thanks pell palace!
