Great location, nicely managed, staff were really friendly too. It's a basic apartment style hotel but does the job well. Shinjuku itself is brilliant and there's loads to do right on the doorstep. Would recommend it as a Tokyo base.

Good location and clean room

Everything was good. Just that the room I believe was a bit humid and got some humid smell. Nothing unpleasant, but that’s something can be improved.
