Very clean and well located property. Walking on carpet created lots of static so was getting shocked every time I touched door handle. Noise and draft in the hallway felt like someone was opening my door when door to another room was opened.

Everything has been lovely as always. However, the reception doesn’t always have a staff member present. We waited nearly 15 minutes to get our luggage back from the storage cupboard.
There needs to be some sort of bell/alert system when staff member is needed.
I was also surprised to see that paperwork with guests names was left on the desk, fully visible to anyone waiting at the reception
This is the only negative comment I have about this beautiful hotel.

Just checked into the SOWA Residence and everything is amazing! The central location, breathtaking city views, and professional staff made a great first impression. Highly recommended for a perfect stay in BYDGOZSZS.
