We stayed at the Malmaison London for one night yesterday and had a really positive experience overall. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Victor, who gave us a genuinely warm welcome. He provided all the information we needed for our stay, along with a parking permit for the Malmaison spaces, which was really helpful.
We arrived earlier than planned as we were attending a wedding, and Victor kindly arranged an early check‑in for us. This made a big difference to our day and was very much appreciated.
We had booked a standard double room. What I hadn’t realised beforehand was that breakfast wasn’t included, and it would have been an additional £22.50 per person. The room itself was compact but clean, with a comfortable bed and a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge. The only downside was that there were no windows that opened, just a large glass panel, which made the room feel a little enclosed.
That said, the location is excellent, especially if you’re exploring the area or attending an event nearby. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service, particularly thanks to Victor’s hospitality.
