Great stay very clean
5 / 10·set 2026
We stayed here for two nights. It was an amazing location being a short walk to Liverpool One and the M&S arena. However, if you aren't a walker, you may be more suited to stay a bit closer.
The staff were amazing, from our initial welcome to our departure we couldn't fault it.
The room wasn't the biggest I've stayed in but it had everything we needed and we only really were in the room to sleep.
I loved the option to not get our room serviced but offered a drinks voucher instead. How could we say not to being eco warriors and get a free beverage!
The beds were comfy and we had great pillows and duvets. Being a bit of a pillow snob, I was very happy with them.
