The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. In particular, Kumar who was manning the front of the house and check-in was most accommodating and left an indelible impression on us with his generosity and making the stay most memorable.

Great hotel to stay in Georgetown! First the staff was amazing, always ready to help, gave us several tips, marked the must see places on a map and how to get there, they were all great! The hotel is well located with main attractions walking distance: hotel is really well kept. Restaurant is really good and the service was really good. Rooms were clean and the daily treats were really good. Overall I would go back, no hesitation

A block back from lively Chulia st. The hotel was the perfect location. Spacious rooms, air con, friendly staff. A nice back terrace to watch the afternoon storms.
Loved the little presents in the room and the willingness to help. You do need to be able to walk up stairs. There is no lift so not for everyone.
