It was an interesting stay. The staff was great, just confusing with the elevators to hotel room. I hated the bathroom setup which gave no privacy but the overall room was nice. Fine for a pass through in any with convenience in location but probably would not stay more than a night or two.

Shannavy was absolutely amazing! We were running behind for an event nearby, and when we arrived, our room wasn’t ready yet. The hotel was fully booked, but Shannavy immediately saw the panic in my eyes and went above and beyond to help. She contacted housekeeping to expedite the process and get us into our room as quickly as possible.
She was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her customer service truly stood out!
I highly recommend this hotel. It was clean, modern, and conveniently located with a mall right next door and just minutes from Citi Field. On top of that, the entire staff was wonderful. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!
