I was able to check in early. They were happy to store my large luggage for me. The flooring is a bit worn in places, but other than that, there were no issues. It’s a bit of a shame that it’s a 10-minute walk to the nearest station, but I’d definitely stay here again.

Many thanks to Manager Karolina for her excellent customer service.
I accidentally made a double booking that was too late to cancel when I found out.
The booking platform advised me to talk to the hotel to see if hotel is willing to allow cancel. Very fortunate for me, Karolina was very understanding and promptedly worked with the booking platform to get me the full refund.
