Good communication, place iwas clean, well maintained. AC was sufficient, Beds were comfortable, water was hot. Free coffee machine, microwave, water machine. The only downside was there was no chair in the room so you can only sit on the soft bed when using your computer etc. No table inside the room neither. Common area was great alternative.

The owner was very helpful and the rooms area very spacious and clean. The area around it is quiet and easy to park on the street.
