The place was convenient to family we were visiting. The staff was very, very good for the most part. The room was clean and well maintained. And the breakfast for a ‘Hotel Breakfast’ was one of the best we’ve had in a while. BUT, it was not without issues. Parking to even sign in was a total mess. There are four spaces in front of the place for loading and unloading only. Mostly always filled and people were parked in the street. Parking is up the street in a garage. The second night of the NBA finals, we settled in to watch the game but couldn’t because the cable/satellite company they use was having a dispute with Scripps/Howard so we were cut off! No game. And the wi-fi on the 8th floor was pretty non existent. We had to use our phones as ‘Hot Spots’ in order to get on line.

Check-in was quick/easy. Convenient, reasonably-priced parking garage, one block from hotel. The room was very clean and toiletries were well stocked. I was only there for a few nights and did not request housekeeping.
Location is very convenient/walking distance to many restaurants and other businesses in Towson. Will definitely stay again on future visits to Towson.
