Personalised service, very friendly atmosphere, welcoming, reasonably priced, owner on site, excellent quality treatments, beautiful thermal pool.

It was very hot during our stay at the Balneari Prats. The pool looked lovely to cool off in, but the pool is fed by a hot spring that is supposed to promote health and longevity. The hotel is actually a spa and you'd often see people in their bathrobes at breakfast. It was charming. I wished we had had time to stay and use the spa.
They had a very nice breakfast buffet and all the staff at the hotel were very nice and accomodating.
