Front desk staff very helpful. Madu and Shyan ? Forget names. Close to downtown

I locked myself out of my room with a bath running.
The indoor lock had opened and I couldn’t get into the room.
The front desk were so superb! He actually came running. When he couldn’t fix it he called maintenance and this new guy was there in less than five minutes! He fixed it in two minutes! And it looked impossible to me!
