Spacious, clean bedroom with comfortable bed and pillows. Oversized shower with lots of hot water. Strong wifi.
Good location, a 15 minute walk to the main square, and to the ADO bus station. A five minute walk to the Cancun-Chetumal highway running through Bacaral, with lots of restaurants, grocery stores and other stores.
The only complaint was neighborhood noise. Lots of barking dogs and crowing roosters in the early morning.

Despite having a kitchenette, only 1 glass in the entire place, no other cooking utensils or dishes.
Hot water was luke warm not hot.
