I love everything about this stay . Room was clean and ready early , pool and salt chamber were amazing and breakfast was delicious .
I was traveling with senior mother who can’t really walk , it would be helpful to know that elevator didn’t go to pool area as I booked this hotel for her to use pool . Walking down the stairs was a challenge and floors in that area were very slippery . But over all we loved our stay . Lovely gentleman at the front desk was just charming , way nicer than girls next day .

Perfect spot for holidaying and chillaxing ++ spa and saunas.

My 15-year old son and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for two nights. We loved the location and how big our room was. The friendly staff deserves an extra mention as well. I can definitely recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Zakopane!
