First, let me state that all the staff were very helpful and nice. That is the only reason I gave this review four stars. As far as having a clean place to stay, I would give it two stars! When we arrived at our room, my bed sheet was dirty, there was some previous guest's underwear under my bed, there were dirty towels shoved in the cabinet under bathroom sink, the shower drain had hair in it from a previous guest, the floors were not well swept, there was a live centipede in the sofa sleeper, and on day two we noticed some bizarre thing on the upper window ledge (about 15 feet up the vaulted ceiling). Also, when we were standing at the bottom of the stairs we had to use to get to our room, a maid purposely slide a large box down the steps! Schlitterbaun itself is very worth experiencing. However, just don't stay at The Lofts!
