Shower could be cleaner. Found long black hair in the shower. But the rest was perfect!

Amazing service by the staff, when organising parking for my motorcycle. I also arrived during a time with very high temperatures. Without me asking, the aircondition was turned on and my room had a very pleasant temperature when I entered. I really needed that after a long and hot journey to Zürich.
The location is also perfect. Walking distance to most places. The room looked fresh and modern. Even smelled good. I love this hotel and the staff.
