The staff was so kind and helpful-10/10 service. The breakfast was great and rooms were fairly clean.

The location is great. It is in the middle of the city center but very quiet inside the room.

I hate to mention the air-conditioning, but the air-conditioning was wonderful!!!! I was on the first floor room 120!!!! it was very hot in Genoa and when I came back to the room, the room was still cold. The staff was great, including the young woman in the breakfast bar.
She was very attentive.
I did give five stars but a little bit better on how to find the place once you walk into the building would be nice.
Again, it didn’t take from the stars. Great location! Great shower! And great bed!….. and did I mention the air-conditioning?!
