There isn't any small refrigerator , no tissue box, shower cap , hair dryer, and even never check whether the toilet roll and shower gel are depleted

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 21:30, so we had to wait almost 10 minutes. We weren't walk-in guest, so they should've prepared the room for our arrival, especially at night. Otherwise, the room was clean, but had no window.
