Very contently located near station, and free drinks 24/7.

The first floor smells like beer, the rugs in the elevator too.

Hotel is close to the train station but a long way from Kobe. There are lots of restaurants close by. The sake tasting every night is nice and they serve great coffee all day. Average hotel, good for the price paid.
