Hotel policy is new towels, fill shampoo etc. and make bed on day 2 and 4. Anything else needs to be requested. Ridiculous for the price. I was alone so I managed even though on late on day 2 I had to ask for towels from another housekeeper and on day 4 ask someone again. What about families? No vacuuming, no toilet cleaning, no clean bed linens? Should be automatically done.

Hotel staff were amazing!!! I’ve never had such a wonderful welcoming. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Good variety of items. Room was clean and checked all my boxes. Would stay there again.
