We were happy based on value. It didn't cost much and we didn't expect much. Just an affordable place to stay at a reasonable price. Staff very nice. Breakfast very basic. Rooms basic. I wish they had a fridge in th room and an ice maker in the hotel but now I'm being picky.

Though not too close to shops, we had a
Clean room, friendly and helpful staff.
You need to take a Grab ride or taxi to go to
The city shops.
Especially close to Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church.

Room is ok but, loud vahicle outside you can hear, smell of smoke from vehicle gas. No kleenex, no facecloth,no handtowel, beddings so so. Breakfast limited choice of bangus fish, tocino, hotdog, corned beef.
Staff are very very nice.
