The room was very neat and the staff was super helpful.
I can't comment on the onsen as I didn't use it.
The ryokan location is very close to the JR station, so you can get easily from the New Chitose Airport.
I would like to come back to try the onsen next time.

I’ve staid in many hotels in Japan, and this might just be the best one. Even with my limited Japanese, the staff was very accommodating and kind, and the facility felt safe, cozy, and nostalgic even in the heart of Sapporo. I’ll be sure to stay again next time I visit Hokkaido. ありがとうございます😊

Clean room. Nice staff. Public bath’s (female) water pressure was a bit low, can be improved
