Rooms can be a bit cramped when an extra bed is added (not a lot of room to manage luggage). overall excellent rooms, lots of amenities.

Great breakfast and helpful staff. Rooms were tight for 3 people, but fine for 2. Good location near to subway stations. Within walking distance to Tokyo Tower. Close to a number of convenience stores (Lawsons etc) and restaurants. Would stay here again.
