unusual location, with great views, great place to stay on lower east / bowery if you like being "in the city". clean, sub-way accessible, good air-conditioning and heat. I would stay again.

This hotel was centrally located to all of the places I visited during my stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful, plus baggage storage was offered prior to check in and afterwards if you your trip departure is after check out. The only downside was there wasn't a fridge or microwave offering but overall I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location. Room was simple but met our needs. No refrigerator but that was no problem for us. Shower/hot water was great. AC was fine. Beds not the best but we certainly slept well. Staff were helpful and courteous. Some of the best food in NY in Chinatown and Little Italy. Convenient to public transportation. We loved it.

I stayed here for a week on a solo business trip. The room is small but comfortable. My room did not have a fridge or microwave. The staff were very welcoming. The location felt safe. The AC was excellent, the shower was perfect. I'd stay here again.
