Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was compact but spotless clean. Location is fantastic, tons of restaurants and boutiques near by. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. They also offer luggage storage if you arrived before your check in which is wonderful.

Brilliant location and really friendly & helpful staff. At check in, I was asked what I wanted to see in Lisbon and when I came back down from my room, they had a map prepared with everything circled. The location couldn’t be better, with metro and tram lines a short walk away. Any concerns about noise from the street were never an issue in the slightest. Highly recommended
