Authentic people, from the front desk to the waiters. You just feel welcome.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in San Cristobal — old and charming building, but comfortable rooms with modern amenities. Friendly staff, lovely area — central but not noisy.

It’s good, but beds are not so soft and sheets are heavy
I would love a mini fridge in the room, but in general hotel is really good
