The front desk was very kind and the evening bartender was great to chat with! Our room was just what we needed. The property has a shuttle to/from the airport as well as the Mall
Of America.

Front desk staff were very helpful. They had extra towels, an iron, etc. sent up when requested.
I was told that housekeeping was done on the 3rd and 5th day of stay. We got fresh towels on 3rd day, but no sheet change for duration of our stay. Not very hospitable.
