Beautiful property but above all the staff is amaaaazing! 100 out of 10! There is parking available and the room is clean with excellent wifi and AC. I can't say enough about the staff who greet you each time you come and go and ask you if there is anything you need. So grateful for them and their hospitality. I regret not taking the time to look at the dresses they have for sale in the lobby. Wish I had more time!

Blocks from the cathedral and shopping. Highly recommend the hotel. But I do have to say Merida is very hot. I would go again but in winter.

Excellent rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Pretty close to everything, but you’ll still have to walk a couple blocks. Nevertheless, great place to stay
