The hotel is pretty well located, near a major subway station. But the room was not very attractive, and its window opened onto a shaft. Nor was the breakfast inspiring. Nor was there hot water until I made a big fuss. Nor was the staff capable of smiling (let alone speaking any language but Portuguese).
